Experience
I understand the frustration that can be associated with testing and studying. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult (26)--a nomothetic experience for me--which, heretofore, has guided my studies and habits as I continue my education. I did not study or participate in High School classes with any intensity or rigor, but managed to graduate from a prestigious prep school in Atlanta despite being an educational reprobate. I worked in professional kitchens (as a cook and then chef tournade) for 3 years. I gained employment at Michelin starred restaurants in California and subsequently had a ski injury that derailed my professional track; thereby, matriculation back into the educational system was the most advantageous choice for me. As this suggests, I understand the difficulties a High School student faces--especially students with ADD/ADHD. And, will therefore offer personal advice to mitigate the daily struggles of having a mental disability while being a student.

Hobbies
I am a News Junkie first and foremost. I grew up with an intense fascination with geography and therefore have a solid knowledge of it, but still study maps to understand how the world is undeniably interconnected. I enjoy reading Philosophy text (it is never ending, which is good for someone who looses interest in facile subjects). As well, I ski, hike, and camp as much as possible. I have been to all 50 of the United States and 30+ countries.
