Dailey H.
Private tutor in Salt Lake City, UT
Education
I am a Senior double major in Philosophy and Spanish and Latin American Studies at Westminster College in Salt Lake City. I switched from a math major to philosophy, but am still very interested in mathematics and well versed in lower levels of math. I have a 3.9 GPA and studied in Spanish last year in Puebla, Mexico.
Experience
I was a English teacher at a public school while going attending the University in Mexico. I have also helped run a Math tutoring summer program for Westminster (Math Math Revolution) for students in East High's ELL summer program. I love teaching and am good (and have a lot of experience) at working with students that are not native English speakers. My career path is to teach and the university level, and I would like to have as much experience as possible before entering grad school. My GPA has always been between a 3.9 and 4.0, and my ACT scores were a 28 in high school.

Hobbies
I am a passionate student that has always been all about learning and helping others learn around me. I have received both math tutoring AND Spanish tutoring, and know the panic of not understanding what is going on in classes. I am also a very passionate artist, and received my scholarship to Westminster for Photography and the fine arts. I am understanding and personable and would love to help the learning process in any way that I can.
